We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-orientated  Commercial Director.

To strategize, conceptualise, plan, improve, direct, and manage the overall sales and revenue delivery of the full portfolio of the company's exhibitions and conference division to maximize its financial performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Managing sales output, performance, standards and best practices of all sales teams.

  • Remain abreast of developments within the exhibition industry, especially sales innovations

  • Provide leadership and training to the Sales team.

  • Contribute to the preparation of all sales promotions material and development of ideas to encourage visitor promotion

  • Develop sponsorship and non-space revenue opportunities

  • Develop CRM program for key and specific target groups and Complete key account management strategy and program

  • Delivery of all sales-related financial revenues and targets

  • Develop new sales innovations and programmes to maintain competitive edge

  • Implement key account strategy and programme

  • Coordinates with Operation and Marketing team to assure the exhibition is of 0 highest standard.

  • Develop CRM programme for key and specific target groups, tracking the team sales progress and performance

Minimum Experience:  

  • 7/8 years sales experience in the exhibitions industry and the ability to remain updated on the latest industry market knowledge.

  • Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills required.

  • Have event sales experience in industrial machinery/manufacturing industry
