Business Development Manager

ESMOS is delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for one of our clients in the event/exhibitions based in Dubai.

As a Business Development professional specializing in Exhibitions & Events, your role is vital in driving the company's growth and success. You'll focus on strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and managing exhibition and event projects effectively.

Responsibilities:-

· Identify new opportunities, maintain client pipeline, build industry relationships, analyze market trends.

· Collaborate with clients to understand needs, tailor proposals, negotiate contracts, ensure satisfaction.

· Oversee event execution, coordinate teams and vendors, manage budgets and timelines, resolve issues.

· Attend industry events to network, represent the company at trade shows, and stay updated on trends.

Requirments:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Proven business development experience in  exhibitions, events, advertising, or media
• Understanding of industry trends and dynamics
• Strong communication, negotiation, and  interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced     environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Prior experience in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects required for all applicants
